A friend of mine got a ticket for diving on a suspended license ( due to no car insurance). He had to go to court and pay a $280 fine. He got a extension, but never showed up to pay the fines. Now he has found out that he has a warrant out onhim. Should he go in person and pay the ticket, or should he just mail the money in? He doesn't want to get arrested if he goes in person. What should he do?

He should contact the court and talk to them about his situation and how to make things right again.
