I havent had a speeding ticket in approx. 4 years. The last one I did receive, I had dismissed because I attended a defensive driving school. Question is, because I was going 21 over and I have a mandatory court date, what should I do? Should I hire an attorney, show up for the court date and try to get it reduced, or can I go back to defensive driving school (and if I went back to school, would get the ticket reduced or dropped). Thanks for the help from everyone!
