Georgia traffic question. I was involved in a traffic accident. I was travelling 5-10 mph in main lane of traffic. The other party was travelling in a right turn only lane a a similar rate of speed and partially merged into the main lane of traffic. I hit the other party causing no damage to either vehicle. The other party claimed they hade fully megered and injuries to child passengers. The police officer cited me for following too close and the other party for illegal lane change. The party has not contacted my insurance company. I am very concerned they see deep pockets.

Should I just let me insurance handle any future claims?
What should I do on my citation?
Do the Georgia Navigator camera sites archive video?
If so, is it available for retrival?
If so, would it be admisable as evidence?
