I was wondering how can a person charged with a drug offense can be transfered to a rehabilitation facility if this person so do wishes.
I have a female friend who was charged with i was told 3 offense's and want to be placed in rehab for the duration of her 6 mo. term. Could this be possible? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
