Ok here it goes,I have a question about my husband's job..He has been moved up 3 positions,without a pay increase,when he asked the boss he said he didnt remember having the conversation..Ok now my husband has been at this company for 10 years and is only making 13.09 an hour as a heavy equiptment operator!!! now remember he moved up 3 positions with no pay increase..A guy he got a job for id now doing the same thing he has been there 6 months he started at over 10.00 and just got his second raise this time 1.00.,my husband has yet to get one..The man my husband got the job for is white,my husband is hispanic..anything fishie here??? we are from washington
