What is the name of your state? PA

If I got a speeding ticket in MD, how will that 1) affect me PA points and 2) my insurance. Or will it not at all, how does this info get transfered to PA and if it does what do they do with it?

Thanks Alot For Any Help!

EDIT:

According too this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driver_License_Compact

Some states do not assess points for minor offenses and apply the DLC for only major violations such as Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, New York and Pennsylvania.

So does this mean it will go on my record but with no points, and if so how does this affect my insurance.

If it shows up on your PA license, then, yes, it will affect your insurance policy. The insurance company doesn't care WHERE you got the ticket, only THAT you got the ticket.

PA does not post out of state speeding tickets to your record so your insurance company will not know.
