My company works on bridge repair in Florida. We are having trouble renewing our WC Insurance because we often work over water. The Insurance companies say we need ls&h. It has been our understanding that bridge repair work usually does not fall under this statute. Does anyone know when it it is required to pay for ls&h worker's comp?
