Not sure if this is the topic i should be under...if not please redirect me...but here's my question...if it is recommended by the court to place yourself into a drug rehab institution such as Phoenix House, is it legal for Phoenix House to have your SSDI assigned over to them? This is what is happening to my husband, without his SSDI coming into the house..for the 18 months recommended being away..the rest of my family will be unable to make mortgage payments, etc.
