I was a passanger in a car that was stopped by the police. Prior to picking me up the police was tailing the driver for 2 hours. They stopped him after he picked me up and found 25gms of cocaine in the drivers side door. We work together and hang out sometimes but I had no idea he was dealing drugs. In fact he told both the cops and the judge I had nothing to do with this. The only drug related priors I have is for possession in 2002.

What should I do? Do I need a lawyer? If I am convicted, what kind of sentance am I looking at?
