I purchased a condo 2 years ago preconstruction. Now that it's almost finished, i was able to see my unit and noticed a pillar in the kitchen area (in the hallway area) that was not on the floorplan. It is poorly placed, interferes with the flow of the room, and cuts into my square feet. Is there anything i can do (ie. get my deposit back and walk away or renogotiate the price?).
