My son has been accused of body odor by a co worker, supervisor gave warning, next day made sure he showered before work, wore brand new clothes including underwear socks and shoes, no cologne and recieved 2nd warning. He told management what he did to prevent situation, what are his rights as far as defense against these accusations?? 3rd time he gets fired. his self esteem has taken a beating and feels hopeless, asked others around him and they all say he does not smell.

Agree with BB, make the appointment as soon as possible. Some employees that have an intolerable body odor may have a legitimate claim to protection under the Americans With Disabilities Act, (Not saying he does) which provides equal access and opportunities to individuals with disabilities. If an employee can prove that his odor stems from a medical condition or that he is allergic to deodorant, for example, he would might receive special consideration, but that is alot of what if's
