Both me and my husband are from North carolina but when i joined the Army we both moved to Georgia we have both established residency in Georgia. I want to file for divorce in the state of Georgia but my husband no longer lives there, his job moves him from state to state every month so how do i file for a divorce in Georgia when he no longer lives there and has no real mailing address.
