What is the name of your state? PA I received a speeding ticket on 02/26/1993. I paid half the ticket and assumed I paid the rest. Until today I knew nothing of this ticket. My question is. Is there a statute of limitations on this it's been 14 years. Am I still liable and can they suspend my driving privliges?

the statute of limitations would only apply to the intitial charging you with the crine. You have already been charged and found or pled guilty.

I would suggest paying the fine or put up with the consequences.
