I bought a Chevy Venture minivan two years ago and have had to take it back to the dealer for service five times in the past 24 months and I would like to get out of the lease. The dealer said I would have to pay the remaining 12 payments, however, someone told me they saw a legal segment on a local news channel that said a consumer can legally break a lease WITHOUT having to pay the remaining payments. Can someone tell me if they have any information that can help me get out of this lease?
