What is the name of your state? IN

Ok, about 5 months ago I was in a raid, a little bit of cocaine was siezed etc.. cash.

Now my question is this how can one be charged with possession with intent to deliver.

If one knows the presence of drugs being in the house is that enough to charge a person with possession? Especially since I didn't live in the home? If so what is the purpose of visiting a common nuiciance law? That seems as though what I should be charged with especially when someone else took credit for the drugs, but yet I'm still charged with possession with intent to deliver.
