one thing i realized i left out....i live in a house in a campground business property. On the same "release of all claims" form can I put the owners names individually and their business along with me? or does everyone have to have seperate release forms signed? Or is there more I need to know. Thank you for all your help.

My response:

Everyone who wishes to be released, and is agreed to be released by the injured party, may be named in the same release form.
