MIP Of alchol

What is the name of your state? Nebraska I got a Minor In Possession of alchol and I am a minor i'm 16 years old and I was put on diversion and I'm scared I might fail a piss test in diversion it would be the first time I failed a piss test and this is the first time I ever got in trouble with the law and I was wondering would they extend my diversion or drop me out and have me go to court or will I get probation? I was caught with the alchol on school grounds also so would that make it worse?

There seems to be a foolproof solution to not faIling a alcohol test. Any idea what it might be?
