What is the name of your state? Georgia

I am 3/4 complete with a home rennovation. The sub contractors have ruined my ceilings ( dropping air tools, stepping inbetween rafters, etc, damaged an outdoor stone retaining wall). My contractor is trying to bill me for these repairs....I do not think I should be responsible for his sub's errors? What is the best way to address this with him?

Thanks for any replies..

The company that did the damage is resonsible for the damage that was caused. Get an estimate (not from your contractor) and file a claim with the subcontractor's insurance company.
