I placed my furniture in a consignment shop about 1.5 years ago. I went to collect my money for the items that had been sold and I was told that the previous owner sold to one of her partners. They said they have no paperwork on my furniture and would not give me any money. I have my receipt and was told via phone that it had been sold. What are my rights to collect my money? I have the names of all parties involved. Thanks
