Michigan sales tax

Under MICHIGAN COMPILED LAWS OF 1979, CHAPTER 205 TAXATION, GENERAL SALES TAX ACT, as amended. Sec. 205.54a.4a.1(h) a hearing aid battery is exempt from sales tax.
