We bought a home last spring knowing new homes were being put up around us/behind us as well.
They're just about done with one section and the back door of the new home is probably a little more than 10 feet away from our yard. They will have very minimal room if they walk out of their back door before they hit our yard - our yard goes far back. We're worried the new owners will be in our yard - we do plan on eventually getting a fence. I just wasn't sure if there had to be a certain amount of distance
