What is the name of your state? Mississippi...
In early Feb. 06 I signed the floor plans at the preconstruction meeting... currently we are at the flooring stage. The floor plans I signed have Hard Wood floors in the Mater Bed, but the company who is doing the floors show carpet. The price agreement shows carpet, which one will hold up... do we have a valid fight for the wood floors? During the entire construction of the home, all work has been completed based on the floor plans.

Since you didn't pay for the wood floors, I'm guessing the "price agreement" will "hold up".
