What is the name of your state? NC

So I was accelerating onto a speed ramp and went a little too fast and before I could slow down a cop clocked me at 70 in a 55. I would really like to use my prayer for judgement in this case, however, I did just recieve my first speeding ticket about 6 months ago. That speeding ticket was reduced to 9 over.

Can I use my PFJ even though I've had another speeding ticket so close to this one? Is there any other way I could get out of this ticket, like a motion to dismiss or something close to that?

Any advice would be great. Thanks.
