I was recently caught in posession of between 5-1o pills of FLunitrazepam, (Rohypnols), which are currently on the DEA's Schedule IV. I reside in texas, and the incident was in Denton County, Texas. I am wondering what the possible (minimum and maximum) punishments could be, including fines and/or jail time.
