What is the name of your state? Pa.

As Power of Attourney, does this give anyone the right to sue you or hold you responsible for any actions taken by the other person? Does this make you responsible for their past due accounts or things of the sort?

Huh? Ask this question again, but be more specific. If I'm understanding correctly, the answer to both questions, though, is no.

You need to be more specific, but I'm going to make some assumptions.

1) No .. you are not liable for the acts of the principal.

2) No .. you nore not responsible for the debts of the principal.
