I found a old payroll check from 12/6/99.
can I cash this check? it doesnt say void after a 90 days or has any other void's. I am currently collecting unemployment, do I have to claim this, and or cliam it after I close unemployment. and or claim it sometime down the road(Minnesota).

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Your unemployment should already be calculated. As for the payroll check, contact the issuing bank and see if not void yet. Don't attempt to cash until you know.
