My boyfriend took a car registered in my name without my consent, I was advised to report it stolen. Here is my question : If I report it stolen and they pick him up won't they impound the car? Who has to pay those fees ? Addionally I live in Nebr and he took the car to PA. Is he responsible to reurn it to me or would I have to make aggrangements to pick it up ?
