What is the name of your state? Florida

Me and a friend were each arrested for possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and "equipment". The "equipment" was just the bag that the marijuana was in!
Right now I have the option of either withholding ejudication, or going through a pre trail diversion program. My interest right now is to get my record as clean as it can be. Someone told me that if I choose to withold Abjudication all I can do is seal this charge where as if I go through the pre trial diversion program I can have my record expunged.
First of all, what is the difference between witheld Abjudication and pre trail diversion? And what is the difference between getting my record sealed or expunged? thanks!
