I worked for a company on a 100% commission basis. In August of this year the company had a layoff that would last through December. During this time my customers continued to use the companies services and make payment for these service. During this time I was told that all commissions would be paid for service used in this period. I have not received payment and am being told they don't have the data to support my request for payment.

What legal rights do I have to access their data files to review my customers activity during this time?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
George
