Hello,

I want to register "my-star-trek.com" as a domain name for a website I am currently building that features star trek contents and products. However, I understand that the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy states that I may be infringing on the trademark "star trek" since the domain name I have in mind is confusingly similar to the trademark. Then again, I am going to use the domain name in connection with a bona fide offering of goods and services and NOT for cybersquatting. Therefore, will it still be considered an infringement of the "star trek" trademark if I register the domain name? Thank you.

Valerie
