I am currently enrolled in a small college in Las Vegas, NV. I have a contract with the college plus two student aid loans. The college is not providing me or my class with the tools that we are to expect for the money that we pay to go to the college. By tools, I mean that they are not providing the books that they are supposed to be providing nor are they providing an adequate computer lab that they advertise. I need to know what I should do or whom I should contact. Thank you for your assistance.

College Responsibilities

They told me in August when I initially enrolled that they were updating the computer lab which has not been done, that they would provide our books which they have but not in a timely manner. They have switched our courses around to suit the needs of other students, which I do not mind; however, now I am taking a class over that I have already had. I am an A student in college. I study very hard and do not like this situation. In fact, they have "let go" my class instructor telling him that they are cutting expenses.

Our course is measured in modules. We have a new module every four weeks which means that every four weeks we have two new classes in the business administration course. This is the third time, since August, that the books that we are to use have not been ordered. This week is half over. The books for this module will not be delivered until the end of next week. I lose two weeks education out of four.

I feel that the school does not have the students best interests at heart. What can I do?

Thank you again.
