What is the name of your state? Fla. My father had 5 homes in N.Y. His business had a name, and when he died the business was to roll over into his personal name. Is that what a roll over will is. Please explain what is an pore over will, or roll over will is?

It's a Pour Over Will that can put property not already in an established trust to go into the trust upon death.
