What is the name of your state? IL

I am in default on a student loan, and a portion is being taken out of my paycheck everytime. I haven't filed my taxes back, but know their will be a refund. Do I get the refund or is their a chance it would go towards that student loan since in default?

It will most likely go towards the student loan.
