I was arrested about a month ago for underage possession of alcohol in Athens, GA. In between this arrest and my court date I will turn 21. Is there any chance that the court would not want to bother with the case and throw it out if I've turned 21? This will help me decide whether or not it's worth paying for a lawyer.
