I am an electrical contractor in South Florida who received payment for the original contract amount of a construction project; however, the general contractor did not pay me the amount of the change order. Furthermore, I signed a Release of Lien in the amount of the original contract. Can I still file a Construction Lien for the change order? If not, what can I done to enforce payment of the change order?

Any information is greatly appreciated.
