Under the family leave act, are your children not covered if they are over 18 years old?

FMLA

The FMLA etitles eligible employees to take up to 12 weeks of job-protected unpaid leave for family and medical reasons - despite the age of your children, your parents, spouse, etc. The requirements are: your employer has to have 50 or more employees and you must have worked in your job for atleast one year. -Hope this helps.

BINGO! A complicated written Act put into 2, to the point, sentences! Now why couldn't our "law-makers" save paper and time and just come right out and say it like this?
