my boyfriend is currently in jail waiting for his sentence he has a prev intent to sell crack cocaine in another state. he is now in jail for conspersy, intent to sell and deliver 5 grams of cocaine base, and possision do you think this will apply to the mms laws (mandetory minnimum sentece)????

You did not say what state you are from. If his previous conviction was a felony, yes it can be used in determining the sentencing for his current arrest. Felony convictions cannot be expunged from ones police records and they follow you around for life. If you are in a state with 3 strikes laws, your boyfriend is just one step away from a lifetime sentence.
