What is the name of your state? michigan I recently submitted a purchase agreement for a home, and unfortunately the owner died the night it was submitted so he did not sign the final copies of the purchase agreement. There is no will. There is no equity in the home. What happens to the home , because I really would like to purchase it? Does the mortgage lender get contol? Can it be sold during probate? Any info would be appreciated.:confused:What is the name of your state?
