Do I have any right to the property?

My 75yr old mother sold her property and house to my eldest brother for $1.00. We had been told prior to this that the property would be split among all three of us brothers. Is there anything that we can do to resolve this? My wife and daughter have power of attorney over her estate. None of us were given any notice of the sale. We discovered it on-line. Also, is there a statute of limitations? Papers were signed 01/24/2007.

Is mom mentally competent, or is she perhaps medicated and incapable?
