I was arrested Sept 7, 2006 for Drag racing. My case was ACD'd but I had a 6-month probation where if I commited a crime, the old charges would be brought back against me. My lawyer said that after the 6 months I could go to the precinct and they would erase my fingerprints. He also mentioned something about a certificate of disposition. I got that certificate around Sept 9th in the effort to get my car back. I did get my car back, but I was wondering what exactly to do now that the 6 months are over??? His instructions were vauge and I dont want to just show up at the precinct not knowing exactly what Im doing.
