Attorney's on this site do not solicit clients , but if you state your problem any number will respond and try to help you.

Response to baystate

I had information from a company and offered to sell it to a competitor company. i never did sell it but USSS and police were involved. they were going to arrest me on account of email fraud and after looking at the computer briefly, let me go. they said to call them today which i did but havent heard back. they have taken the computer (from public cluster) and i imagine are looking at everything i did during the day on it. i just want to know what types of charges can be brought against me since i accessed information that was not mine. i didnt sell any of the information. Can you help? are you a lawyer?

page, if you want us to help, you need to stop being so cryptic.

Give us facts and details.

We are not mind readers...if we were, we'd be at the casino! :D

No...Not a lawyer...but I am sure someone familiar with computer crimes and fraud will come along and answer.
