hi could you plese advice me.I HAD A HEART SURGERY QUAD BY PASS FEB. 26 2000.MY DR. TOLD ME I CAN NOT RETURN TO WORK. i worked on construction since 1959,age 60.at the time of my heart attack i was not enployed. i came from new york 2+years ago and believe that extra heat inflorida might have been a contibuting factor,ie.stressful?to my heart attack also i mostly laid 3 lb. bricks up north and laid 30 to 65 lb. blocks in florida. in other words to collect compensation does it have to be a accident injury,or can the damage be accumulative ?
