What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
Had DEA show up to ask some questions, tried to be co-operative, nothing to hide! Recently won a jackpot at the local casino, and one of their questions was about money, I told the truth. When I finally received my copy of search warrant, which they executed while I was not at home! The total lack of truth to the document was incredible. The charge was dealing drugs,(why didn't they find any?) The warrant gave a description of someone else's place. They had my boyfriends name as the one who lived there for 20 years. I've only been seeing him for 6 months! Anything I said, while I was trying to be co-operative, was twisted to sound like I was either stupid or guilty! And of course the seized the evidence (my money, along with the tax form), and some other things that was listed as belonging to someone else. Where do they get off, does everyone who has more than $700 in cash, deal drugs? I am guilty until proven innocent! How do you fight what they have on paper? I guess you have to start carrying a tape recorded around, so if you are ask about anything, you have copy!
And where is my money? No one seems to know! I got the tax paper in my name, if I don't get the money back, how do I make the law enforcement agency pay the taxes?
HELP!::confused:
