Greetings, I hope someone can answer this question, I don't know if it belongs on this forum or somewhere else.

My wife, which is pregnant, received notice for jury duty, however, the date to show up to the court house is one day off the expected delivery date of the baby. Any advice on how to approach this before?

I'll bet the jury summons has some contact info on it. At a minimum, call the courthouse that issued the summons.
