i got pulled into a sells pich........

i am from houston texas and i bought a new truck and i was woundering is there any way that i could get out of it with out them putting a lein on my moms house? the only reason i have to let it go back is couse i am in collage and i cant pay for it. Is there any thing that i can do to get out of it at all?

YEAH, quit college use that money and get a job and pay the truck off..

You will learn from your mistakes, that money doesnt grow on trees.

Or you could consider trying to sell the truck to satisfy the debt. This of course assumes there is equity. Put an advertisement in the bulletin at school.

Sell the truck and continue college. You need some extra courses in English. Does your college offer Spelling and Vocabulary 101? Even if nocredit, please do it.
