I live in Ohio and work for a Truck Manf. co. I have been off on wc for a year with a back injury. I had an herniated disc and still have two bulging disc. I will be returning to work soon. My doctor has ordered a functional capasity test prior to my return. I have been told that I will be intitled to a permanent partial disability. How long do I have to be back at work to receive this? I will be laid off of work shortly after I return for about two years. Will this have any affect to my claim or the permanent partial dis.?
