My employer recently "aged" my employee picture using computer software. The altered picture was used in an official phamphlet distributed at a manager's meeting.

What law or rule is he breaking that I can reference if I decide to pursue this matter? I was very embarassed by this action and want this behavior discontinued.

Thanks for any help on this.

Bob, age 62
