What is the name of your state? NJ
Is it true that if the remaining parent names only one of the children beneficiary to a bank account, security or real property, all the beneficiary need do to get possession is produce a certified copy of the death certificate?
That probate is not even necessary & the other children haver no claim whatsoever?

Probate is necessary in MANY cases, especially when there are debts.

Debt has never been an issue nor is it anticipated in this estate so be that as it may, if sole remaining parent names one adult child beneficiary to all bank accounts, securities, & real property, can you name any reason why taking possession cannot be a simple matter of presenting certified death certificate?
