What is the name of your state? Fla.
My father died and left my step mother life use of 3 homes. After she dies the children take over. She has not paid the taxes on the houses. In 2008 if there still not paid ,the city takes the homes, and auction them off. We loose our inheritance. My question is, can the homes be takin away from her for neglect, and not paying taxes.What is the name of your state?
