My 20 yr old daughter was arrested Sept 28-00 on drug charges in Kansas. She sat in jail from Dec17 to Jan6-01 without a lawyer even tho she asked for one. The reason why she was w/o one was due to the fact that that her original became a dist. ct. judge.
Are there rules and regs that apply to this mess?
